We have been working with TCS since June of 2008. As a newly formed company, we contracted with TCS for our phone/voice mail system. It was a big expenditure for us as we had a limited revenue stream coming in as we just opened. The purchase of this phone system remains one of our best decisions as we are still using it today. We have upgraded it over time, but the system has allowed us to grow from the four owners to a staff of forty-five.
As we grew as a company, we relocated to a larger facility in 2012. TCS was there again to accommodate our needs. Not only did TCS move our phone/voice mail system, but they handled all of our voice and data wiring (including fiber optics) throughout our 200,000 square foot facility. We also selected TCS to install our CCTV security camera system. This was a critical decision for us as securing our facility is a very high priority. TCS engineered a dynamic CCTV system with a high-end NVR that utilizes sixty-nine I/P cameras. The system has exceeded our expectations and allows great visibility over our entire facility whether from a desktop or from a cell phone.
We are very pleased with the professionalism and support that we receive from the TCS staff and would highly recommend them to any small startup company as we were to a larger outfit operating out of a 200,000 square foot facility as we are now.
