Our 8,200 sq. ft. facility is located in Coral Springs, Florida. Our clientele in South Florida is diverse, consisting of commercial, industrial, governmental, healthcare, property management, and construction companies. Our full-size work vans are equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to provide top-notch cabling, sound masking, and security installation and maintenance services to our clients.

The TCS Approach!
Every project starts with a client’s needs analysis supplemented with an onsite evaluation/survey. We take into account the structure of the building, operating conditions, existing equipment, current and future user requirements/expectations, and budgetary constraints as well as any other driving factors. Since every customer is unique, we take the time to listen and fully comprehend the needs and objectives of each client.
When required, we create professional in-house CAD drawings showing the planned placement of cables and equipment. Updated as-built drawings can be supplied to our customer at the end of the project reflecting the final configuration.
Each project is assigned a unique job number when specifying/estimating the project. Work orders are created to schedule logical pockets of work and effectively manage to track job progress. Work is properly scheduled to accommodate the customers’ requirements and to minimize downtime. We can work after normal business hours or over weekends to accommodate our client’s needs. We track the progress of the job and provide our clients with project status/progress information.
Our Salesmen/Account Managers will conduct a final walkthrough with the client at the end of the project to ensure that the client’s expectations have been met and that the work was carried out per specifications. During this process, we will address any questions/concerns that the customer might have. All test results are provided in electronic form as part of the project’s as-built documentation package.
